• 🚚 How to check the shipping status ❓

Usually, within a week after the campaign ends, the brand will send products to the selected editors.

You can check the shipping status by :

STEP 1 : Go to 0.8L app

STEP 2 : Go to MY PAGE → Find the products you have been selected → Click the Three dots icon → Shipping Information

• 😭 It’s been a while but the product has not arrived yet, is there any problem❓

Normally, products are sent directly from Korea. All of them have to go through a customs clearance process before being sent to your place so please understand that it may take some time.

If your deadline is coming and you still haven’t received the product, please send inquiries to 0.8L by :

Step 1: Go to 0.8L app

Step 2: Go to MY PAGE → Click the Three dots icon above your profile picture → Register → INQUIRY
